GPA in the required course includes A minimum of 4.0/9.0(B-) not less than 3.0/9.0(C+).
Preference will be given to the applicant who has completed at least three of the required courses by the application deadline.

English Language Proficiency Requirements|University of Victoria Graduate Programs
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language); we require a minimum grade score of 90 from the internet-based test. Applicant must score at least 20 points in listening. For paper-based TOEFL a minimum score of 575 is required in Speaking, Reading, and writing.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System): a grade score of 90 on the MELAB will be accepted as proof of English Proficiency.
