This is to inform all students seeking admission into the University of Alberta that the online registration is ongoing for the 2021/2022 academic session and how to apply.

 ALBERTA UNIVERSITY APPLICATION FORM FOR THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION

To apply for admission, the steps are as follows:

  •  Fill out the Application for Admission PDF (the form is a fillable PDF)
  •   Upload an electronic copy of the Application for Admission PDF to the Admission
  •   Submit your payment online via debit* or credit card online Application
  •  You must confirm with your bank that your debit card is activated for online payments.
Demande d’admission (French version of the application form)

To complete the Demande d’admission (French version  of the application form) you must follow the same procedure :

  •   Fill out the Application for Admission PDF (note: this form is a fillable PDF)
  •  Upload an electronic copy of the Application for Admission PDF to the online Application for Admission
  •   Submit your payment online via debit* or credit card
  •   You must confirm with your bank that your debit card is activated for online payments.
Decline transfer credit form – AP, IB, GCE (A-Level)

You can use this form if you wish to decline any AP transfer credits, IB transfer credits, or GCE A-Level credits you have been awarded.

Below is the list of grades form needed

  •   IB Predicted Grades form

You can use this form to submit your IB Predicted Grades, completed and authenticated by your IB coordinator with predicted grades issued after March 1.

  •  The GCE A-level Predicted Grades form

All the applicants completing the GCE A-level program will qualify for admission into the University of Alberta based on forecast results.  See all instructions on the form for more details.

  •   Informed Consent for Disclosure of Personal Information

Use this form to allow disclosure of personal information to another person, designated agent or agency, legal counsel, or for other purposes.

  •   Course Description Form

This form is for applicants into undergraduate programs whose previous institution(s) cannot provide either paper or electronic course descriptions/syllabus. The course descriptions are written by the applicant from his/her memory.
